- CARLI Office:
- Are reviewing the data libraries submitted for the test load tasks that were due 7/23, and will follow-up with any questions.
- Will format the data for submission to Ex Libris.
- Are drafting companion documentation for the upcoming Configuration documents for the migration test load.

- All I-Share Libraries:
- Are responding to CARLI Office staff members' follow-up questions on the test load documentation submitted thus far.
- Are beginning toidentify and compile test cases for migration.
- Are beginning (or continuing) to watchEx Libris Alma Training videos or to review theAlma Documentation in their respective areas of interest as time permits.
- Your library's current tasks:
- Begin toidentify and compile test cases for migration.
- CARLI is hosting weekly Alma/Primo VE Migration Office Hours.
- Staff at your library can plan to join the call as schedules permit; the sessions will be recorded. Details for each call are listed on the CARLI event calendar.
- Next two calls:
- Thursday, August 15th, 2:00-3:00pm, topic: Overview and introduction to Alma fulfillment in preparation for the test load configuration form.
- Thursday, August 22nd, 2:00-3:00pm, topic: The Alma Community Zone
