    •  Met our Ex Libris project manager and discussing project communication plans.
    •  Are almost done watching the Alma Essentials training video series.
    •  Some of us have registered to attend Ex Libris' 2019 ELUNA Conference, with its Alma-heavy focus.
  • Vanguard Libraries:
    •  Found a weekly meeting time with Ex Libris and CARLI staff.
    •  Are finalizing their project teams.
