Decisions

  • Mary Burns was selected to take minutes.
  • The January 25, 2016 minutes were approved.
  • Meeting adjourned at approximately 10:35 am.

Discussion Items

  • Annual Projects
    • Members are continuing to make progress on their outstanding annual project topics.  Patrick is working on catching up on case study responses. 
    • Mary shared what she has done so far on new prints and digitization for February.
    • Jamie is still set to do the March project on disaster planning.
    • Beth asked about the webpage which will be the topic of the in person meeting in April.                 
  • Preservation Resources Website
    • Members continue to make progress working on the links for their subject areas on the preservation webliography.
    • Elizabeth will follow up on the status of the “Heritage Preservation.”  The link should be included on our CARLI website.
    • Greg raised concerns about some of the links leading to information that is out of date.
    • Beth will write descriptions for the links that she suggested could benefit from them.
  • Open House/Workshop/In person meeting in April
    • Josh sent the committee an agenda and description of the workshop.
    • Parking for workshop attendees was discussed.
    • It was suggested that the committee would debrief for the next workshop at the in person meeting April 19.
    • Comments about the draft agenda should be sent to Miriam, Elizabeth and Nicole.
