Intended audience: This training session is intended for staff from New I-Share libraries who would like to learn the basics about how to use Access reports in Voyager.

Among the topics to be covered are:

• What do I need to do Access reports?
• Tables, Reports, and Queries
• Pre-packaged Queries - what are they and how I find out what they do?
• Making Simple Changes to Queries: adding and removing fields, adding criteria, rearranging the output
• Importing Queries from other Sources
• Exporting Query Results to Excel
• Hands-on exercises
