Decisions

Minutes of the February 3, 2015 meeting were approved at the meeting
The committee will wait to fill the empty slots of Jennifer Ho and Julie Wroblewski until the next term.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:14 am

Julie Wroblewski has resigned from the committee.
The Spring Preservation Tour on March 9 has twenty-nine attendees. We are looking forward to meeting everyone in Springfield.
The Burn Recovery Workshop work is going forward. Eddie Bain will be one of the speakers for the day.
CARLI is going to make a call for committee volunteers this month.

Preservation Survey
- Miriam will send definitions to be added to the Survey for both preservation and conservation to the group for approval.
- Elizabeth will make the noted changes to the Survey and send them to the committee for comment.
- Nicole and Elizabeth will send the Survey out to the membership once a last review from the committee is completed.
Sandra will let Elizabeth and Nicole know the contact name at the State Library for the lunch preparation for the Preservation Tour in Springfield.
Greg is next for the Preservation Tip.
When the call for volunteers comes out, please make any recommendations you can for the Preservation Committee. There will be five vacancies for this committee as of July 1.
Lorraine and Miriam will work on the Fall Blog post.
Keep an eye out for the announcement of our in-person April meeting. Lunch and parking information will be included.
